Just 20 minutes from Gibraltar, Alcaidesa is a peaceful residential estate and tourist development with an unbeatable beachfront location between Sotogrande and San Roque.
Alcaidesa is a special creation although
growing in size and importance it's traditional Andalusian charm is set
to remain as it is forever. Thanks to an "Architectural Control
Committee", the town can grow and change, but only in accordance with a
set of guidelines regarding style and other features that its homes and
buildings may and may not include.
